Star Wars comes to Marvel Comics in 2015!

Lucasfilm Ltd., now part of The Walt Disney Company, and Marvel Entertainment join forces to bring brand new Star Wars adventures to fans across the galaxy!
For the last 20 years, the license to release Star Wars comics has been in the hands of Dark Horse who have released titles such as Dark Empire, Star Wars: Legacy, and recently The Star Wars #1 which was an adaption of George Lucas'  original rough screenplay for the film. It received such awesome reviews, and was so well received, that it went on to become one of the top-selling Star Wars comics of all time.
But now, starting in 2015, Marvel has been granted exclusive rights to write and publish Star Wars comics and graphic novels once again. Marvel Comics published Star Wars comics for nine years, starting with Star Wars #1 in March of 1977, and are no doubt excited for a homecoming.
With Marvel Comics getting into things such as motion comics, and live action exclusives on Netflix, maybe Star Wars fans might get lucky to see their favorite characters get the same treatment? I hope the force is strong with that one.
