The Pete's Basement Show is BACK! Bigger, badder, and drunker than ever! Catch up with Pete and the rest of the Basement Crew as they go over what books have kept them entertained over the course of the last month. Eric Powell's Hillbilly is at the top of Pete's "You Need To Read This" List. Punisher is as Max as Marvel can get! DC Rebirth's Green Arrow, Flash, and Wonder Woman are pretty popular with Rich and Trish, while Greg has chosen to backtrack through the pages of some Marvel team graphic novels.

Rocket Scientist Ninja Chris Craddock joins Pete at the Basement table this week, and he helps Pete and the fans understand (in layman's terms) the science behind DC's Frostbite.! Tarzan on the Planet of the Apes is such a great concept that it should have been done long ago! Teen Titans: Rebirth is off to a great start. But the highlight of this week came in the form of Deadpool Annual 1. The boys couldn't help but unleash their inner 5yr old after seeing a book drawn just like Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, one of their favorite Saturday morning cartoons!

Ghost Rider revs that monster engine and roars onto Agents of SHIELD in a big way, and the Basement Crew is loving every minute of it! Ninja Rocket Scientist Chris Craddock makes his triumphant return to the roundtable, fresh off of earning his black belt and the birth of his son! So the boys have some celebrating to do, as only The Basement Crew can do! The whiskey flows like wine as the boys give a spoiler-review of Stranger Things, and a bunch of other horror themed books this week. Dark Horse Comics is usually a big hit at the roundtable, and this week they give us two horror books, The Witcher: Curse of Crows, and The Witchfinder: City of the Dead.

Pete and Ramon hit the table for a New Comic Book Day Special Edition episode! Throughout the episode the boys discuss their top picks for a "mature readers" selection. Another Civil War II side book gets high marks. Exactly how badass IS Karnak? Werewolves vs Dinosaurs boasts some awesome art. How does Pete feel about John Cena playing Shazam?
