Pete's Basement Season 9, Episode 34 - 10.04.16

Rocket Scientist Ninja Chris Craddock joins Pete at the Basement table this week, and he helps Pete and the fans understand (in layman's terms) the science behind DC's Frostbite.! Tarzan on the Planet of the Apes is such a great concept that it should have been done long ago! Teen Titans: Rebirth is off to a great start. But the highlight of this week came in the form of Deadpool Annual 1. The boys couldn't help but unleash their inner 5yr old after seeing a book drawn just like Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends, one of their favorite Saturday morning cartoons!

Pete's Basement Season 9, Episode 27 - 8.16.16

It's the world's first Solo-Pete episode of Pete's Basement! Hard to believe after 9 years, this is the first time Pete's run the show all by his lonesome. What does that mean exactly? ...It means no one is there to stop him from being...well....Pete.
Seriously, the amount of zany antiques and drunken foulmouthery in this episode should only be attempted by veteran fans, or those clearly misguided and unhinged individuals who like to hear people cursing about comic books. From the minds of Eliot Rahal and Donny Cates, this series kicks off right where it left off under Dark Horse Comics. Hear what the boys have to say about the triumphant return of the superheroic repo-men! Also, the Incredible Hulk is dead, and Hawkeye is taking life lessons from Dr.Kevorkian!

Hannah from 8-Bit Bakeshop returns to the roundtable this week to debut her newest creation, The Pete Box Level 3! What tasty treats await inside for the boys to enjoy? Daredevil vs. The Punisher: The Seventh Circle concluded it's infinite comic this week, and the boys loved it! A must-read!
